Dr Yolanda Augustin is a Clinical Oncologist specialising in global oncology and equitable cancer prevention and care. She trained at Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ School of Medicine, with specialist oncology training at the Royal Marsden and Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trusts in London. She holds a Diploma in Oncology, a Masters in Palliative Care and a PhD in Novel Diagnostics and Therapeutics for Global Oncology from City St George's University of London. She co-leads the International Affordable Diagnostics and Therapeutics Alliance (IA-DATA), advancing interdisciplinary collaboration to strengthen cancer research and innovation in low-resource settings. Her work centres on drug repurposing for cancer, HPV point-of-care diagnostics for cervical cancer elimination, community advocacy and empowerment.
