Dr Sud Agarwal is a UK-trained medical doctor and specialist anaesthesiologist, and a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA). He brings deep clinical and drug development expertise to his role as CEO and Chief Medical Officer of iNGENU CRO, a Malaysian-headquartered contract research organisation operating across the Asia-Pacific region.

Over more than two decades in medicine and clinical research, Dr Agarwal has established himself as a highly experienced medical monitor, pharmacovigilance physician, and clinical trial physician, overseeing complex early- and late-phase studies across a broad range of therapeutic areas. His blend of frontline clinical practice and trial leadership gives him a uniquely patient-centred perspective on drug development, safety oversight, and regulatory strategy.

Under his leadership, iNGENU CRO has grown into one of the fastest-expanding CROs in APAC, recognised for its scientific rigour, operational agility, and sponsor-focused service model. The company was recently honoured with the Frost & Sullivan APAC Biotech Customer Value Award, a testament to its commitment to quality, innovation, and partnership with biotech sponsors.
